You pay for people who actually edited that month — viewers and idle members bill €0. Invite the whole company without doing seat math; the bill follows the work, not the invite list. Invoices are capped at your member count, with a minimum of one editor.
Your boards stay. After the 30-day grace every member becomes a viewer — reading keeps working and nothing is deleted. Resubscribe and roles restore instantly. Personal orgs never lapse.

No. Imports are one-way snapshots of other tools, never a cage of ours: your content stays yours, and on request we hand over everything you have stored — just email support@taulu.app.
