You pay for people who actually edited that month; viewers and idle members bill €0. Invite the whole company without doing seat math; the bill follows the work, not the invite list. Invoices are capped at your member count, with a minimum of one editor.
Your boards stay. If you cancel, access runs to the end of the paid cycle; if a payment fails, you get 30 days' grace. After that every member becomes a viewer: reading keeps working and nothing is deleted for not paying. Resubscribe and roles restore instantly. Personal orgs never lapse.
For new sign-ups, probably: €3 is our launch price. Subscribe in 2026 and €3 stays your rate through 2027 while the subscription runs. Cancel, or let it lapse past the 30-day grace, and you rejoin at the then-current price. Any change to a running subscription's price comes with 30 days' email notice.
The app and its database run in Helsinki, Finland, on EU-owned infrastructure; attachments, backups and video stay in EU data centres in Finland, Sweden and Germany, with the CDN restricted to EU edge locations. Apart from sign-in and import services you choose to connect, payments (Paddle), the opt-out profile picture lookup (Gravatar) and the meeting notetaker's US operator (Recall.ai) are the three exceptions outside the EU; the privacy page lists them. We never train AI models on your boards.
No. Imports are one-way snapshots of other tools, never a cage of ours. Your content stays yours, and leaving is free: email support@taulu.app and within 30 days we hand over your org's boards, comments and files in a format you can take elsewhere. The terms spell out how.
Yes: pick yearly at checkout, or switch a running subscription from the billing page. €36 a year per seat, paid up front for the people who edit; anyone who starts editing during the year is added pro rata on the next yearly invoice. Invoices arrive as PDFs by email with EU VAT handled. Finnish verkkolasku isn't supported yet, so point your billing email at your accounting inbox.
