Meetings end as notes on the board
NewRecord meeting: press record in a room, stop when you're done,
and the audio lands on the board ready to become a memo, action
cards or a transcript. In Chrome it can also take a meeting tab's
sound.
NewInvite the notetaker to a Google Meet, Zoom or Teams call. It
joins, says it's recording, and writes the memo and action cards
here when the call ends, with the real names of who said
what.
ImprovedA recording interrupted by a closed tab can still be saved to the
board the next time you open it.

Find anything on the board
NewFind on the board with ⌘F: every item type is searched, matches
are ringed, and Enter steps from one to the next.
NewLink to any item: the link opens the board with that item in
view.
NewTeammates who are off-screen wait at the edge of your window, so
you can see where everyone is and jump to them.
ImprovedPinch to zoom in the PDF reader, with a gentle snap to fit the
page or its width.

Bring your own sign-in
NewSingle sign-on with your own OpenID Connect provider: prove your
domain, test the connection, then require it for everyone at your
domains.
NewWord, Excel, PowerPoint and OpenDocument files open on the board
like PDFs.
NewSummarise a selection: pick stickies, notes or cards and get a
memo and one card per action point.
ImprovedItems snap to equal spacing while you move them and to equal size
while you resize.
ImprovedLong sticky text shrinks to fit instead of growing the

Talk at the board

Voice rooms: every board has a Board room and facilitators open
breakouts, move people, split and gather them. You land muted;
hold Space to talk or turn the mic on. End-to-end encrypted: the
key is made between the people in the room.

Nearby: set the Board room to hear the people around your cursor
and anyone on the same item. Walk over to a conversation; a
facilitator holds the megaphone to address everyone.

The canvas goes live
