№ 001 · A canvas for teams that ship

Your work,
visible. Your team,
steadier.

A real-time canvas where loose thinking sits beside a structured kanban on the same board. It is built for teams under twenty who would like their work to be visible and the end of the week to feel less ragged than the start of it.

No card to start. Invite viewers for free at any time.

№ 002 · For

Teams under 20 who want both
throughput and
team satisfaction high.

Most software in this category leans hard one way or the other. Trackers designed for the largest enterprises will eventually grind a small team into compliance work nobody asked for, while freeform whiteboards tend to be visited once and then quietly abandoned. Taulu is sized for teams where everyone still knows everyone: founders, operations groups, design studios, agencies, the in-house squad of half a dozen to twenty.

On Taulu the board itself plays the part the room used to: a place to gather, point, and work in front of one another. The rest of this page shows how.

№ 003 · Flow over busywork

Visible work,
calmer team,
more finished.

Bottlenecks visible, blockers loud, rollups built in. Limits on work in progress live next to the work itself.

WIP limits, advisory.
Columns glow when a stated limit fills. A genuine exception is allowed through.
Ready and Done in plain sight.
Entry and exit criteria sit on the column header, not buried in a wiki.
Lanes that map to the work.
By person, by class of service, or by stream. A card keeps its lane on the move.
One board, two modes.
Loose stickies sit next to the strict kanban. Exploration and execution share the surface.
№ 004 · On the canvas

Drop in anything.
It stays where you put it.

Anything that would normally turn up in a planning room can be dropped onto the canvas: a sticky note, a PDF, a screenshot, a voice memo, a link with its preview unfurled, a mindmap node, a table, a checklist, a shape, a connector. Each item stays where it was placed. There is no underlying grid forcing it into a shape it does not want to be, and no folder hierarchy in which it can quietly disappear.

Multiplayer that
stays out of the way.

Cursors carry names. Presenter mode lets one person drive the room. Timers and focus blocks live on the canvas itself. Edits queue offline and reconcile when the wifi returns.

Cursors with names.
Each editor's pin and pill follows them across the board, in their own colour.

One person broadcasts viewport; everyone else follows with a banner they can dismiss.
Bell, timers, focus blocks.
Drop a kitchen timer or pomodoro right on the canvas; ring the bell when it's time.

№ 010 · Pricing, honest

Free forever for one board. Pay only for editors on Pro.

A user only appears on a given month's invoice if they actually edited a board that month. Viewers, read-only invitees, and the colleague on parental leave for the whole of February are not billed. Every member of the team keeps their own account; sharing logins to save a euro tends to be a false economy that obscures who is doing the work.

Unlimited boards. €4 minimum invoice.
